The Akshaya Patra Foundation’s school rejuvenation programme, ‘School and Student Transformation – A Model School Initiative’ was launched by Maharaja of Mysuru.
For the past 17 years, the Akshaya Patra Foundation has kept with its vision that no child in India shall be deprived of education because of hunger. It now plans to expand to more states and touch more lives.
Shridhar Venkat currently serves as CEO of The Akshaya Patra Foundation. His search for existential purpose in life made him quit a corporate career and join the Akshaya Patra Foundation, a not-for-profit organization with a vision that ‘No child in India shall be deprived of education because of hunger’.
