Akshaya Patra conducts bhumi puja for its second kitchen in Uttarakhand

On August 2, 2018, The Akshaya Patra Foundation conducted Bhumi Puja of its forthcoming kitchen in Gadarpur, Uttarakhand. This will be the second centralised kitchen of Akshaya Patra in the state. Shri Arvind Pandey, Honourable Minister, School Education Uttarakhand marked his presence at the event as the Chief Guest. The event was presided by Shri Narasimha Dasa - President, The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Uttarakhand. The new kitchen has the capacity to serve 25,000 children in the area on each school day.
