On 29 August 2019, Shri Prahlad Singh Patel – Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, GOI, Member of Parliament, Damoh (M.P.), Prabhari Manipur (BJP) had visited The Akshaya Patra Foundation’s Vrindavan Kitchen. He was given a detailed tour of the entire kitchen and was apprised of the complete operational process that is involved in preparing the mid-day meals for school children.
