On 14, October, 2015, Mr. Guillaume De Beaufort, Managing Director and Head of India Operations (Offshore Centre), Deutsche Bank along with his team visited the Jaipur Kitchen. The state-of-the-art-infrastructure of the kitchen and the use of innovation in the cooking process left them spellbound. Mr. Guillaume De Beaufort said, “It was hugely interesting and impressive. Feeding more than 100,000 children every day is clearly no small task and makes such a big difference to these children. And it goes beyond the simple food since it allows them to go to school and therefore to also receive some formal education.” In order to support Akshaya Patra’s humanitarian cause further, Deutsche Bank has decided to facilitate the Foundation’s Mid-Day Meal Programme through their CSR budget.
