Akshaya Patra, Hyderabad has extended its kitchen. The new extension was inaugurated on 12 August, 2015. The new section and a cold room were inaugurated by Prof. V S Rao – Director BITS Pilani, Hyderabad. Also present at the inauguration was Satya Goura Chandra Dasa and Raja Hamsa Dasa, Unit President and Operations Manager at the Telangana unit respectively. The extended kitchen will accommodate more cauldrons with the intention of feeding more children in schools.
