On September 8, 2017, Shri Amit Chaudhri, Former Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Mansa, Gujarat, visited the Akshaya Patra kitchen in Ahmedabad to learn and see our kitchen operations. They witnessed the roti-making section, preprocessing, cooking floor, sukhadi and idli cooking and distribution processes. A question-answer session was conducted to clarify any doubts they had.
