The Akshaya Patra Foundation, has received one state-of-the-art meal delivery vehicle from the State Bank of Travancore (SBT) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The custom-designed vehicle will be used to distribute mid-day meals to children in government schools across Bangalore.

Shri. P. Nanda Kumaran, Managing Director of State Bank of Travancore handed over the keys of the vehicle to the Akshaya Patra Foundation at a function held in Bangalore. The flag off was done by Shri. S. Balachandran, Chief General Manager of State Bank of Travancore in the presence of Shri. Kalyan Mukerji,General Manager, State Bank of Mysore.
