With an ambition to obliterate hunger from the face of India, we at the Akshaya Patra Foundation have welcomed collaborations with institutions, corporates, philanthropists and even fellow NGO groups.
We have also received government grants through which we were able to immortalise His Gracious, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami’s ambition of feeding children with nutritious and fresh food so that hunger does not stop them from achieving wonders.
With freshly prepared meals under the Central Government’s mid-day meal programme, we at the Akshaya Patra Foundation have managed to feed about 1.8 million children every day and set their young minds on greater ambitions than scrounging for food and survival.
Promising transparency in all our transactions, we have provided elaborate details on all our fund collections and implementations in the following FCRA reports.
These funds have been used not only in our endeavours for the mid-day meal programme but also in other NGO work like supporting numerous Anganwadi feedings, providing pregnant women with proper nourishment, disaster relief, and many more initiatives that you can go through by clicking here.
Mentioned below are the annual reports of all our FCRA collections and sources. For a better understanding of how these funds are used in our NGO work, check out “Transparency”!
