Akshaya Patra hosted a three day training and exposure visit for 30 Deputy Secretaries from 27 Ministries of the Indian Government. This event was conducted in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), in Bangalore from the 11^th to 13^th of January, 2015.

The workshop covered topics like the structure, operations processes and partnerships of NGOs, interactions with external agencies including the Government, site visits, interactions with the programme beneficiaries and more.

As part of this workshop the participants also visited an Akshaya Patra kitchen and beneficiary school.
