Texas Instruments donated a vehicle to Akshaya Patra recently. The custom designed vehicle was flagged off at a ceremony held at their premises in Bengaluru on 22^nd May. The vehicle was inaugurated by Santhosh Kumar, Managing Director of Texas Instruments, along with senior managers and staff. During the event the employees of Texas Instruments also contributed to Akshaya Patra’s mid-day meal programme, collecting Rs. 178,100 in total.
