Facilities and Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (FABS) has donated a meal delivery vehicle to Akshaya Patra’s  HK Hill kitchen on 1 August, 2015. The inauguration was followed by a flagging off ceremony.
Like Akshaya Patra’s other customised vehicles, this vehicle has a puffed body to reduce the temperature loss and a honeycomb structure to hold the vessels upright and keep the freshness of the cooked meal intact till it is served to the children.
