It is one of the most formidable brands in consumer electronics, home appliances (Refrigerator; Washing Machine, AC, Water purifier, Microwave, Fan, Dishwasher & Air purifier), HVAC, IT hardware. In India, LG Electronics has earned a premium brand positioning and is the acknowledged trendsetter for the industry. LGEIL’s manufacturing unit at Greater Noida is one of the most eco-friendly units among all LG manufacturing plants in the world. The second Greenfield facility is located at Ranjangaon; Pune has the capacity to manufacture LED TVs, air conditioners, commercial air conditioning systems, washing machines, refrigerators, and monitors. Under one of its CSR thematic area ‘Health & Nutrition’, LG Electronics provides nutritious meal to under privileged children in Govt. Schools. We have been associated with Akshaya Patra since 2019. In 2022-23, LG electronics India has contributed towards mid-day meals for around 37,000 Kids across 11 locations in India. And, this year too we are committed to strengthen this partnership.

They have supported our foundation since June 2012 and have helped us serve mid-day meals to 2683 government school children in FY 19-20.

Balajee Infratech and Constructions Private Limited (BICPL), based in Mumbai, Maharashtra is a leading Infrastructure Company that undertakes specialized contracts with a focus on Highways, Airports, Race Tracks, Test Track, Quarrying and crushing, Power projects and Railways. It was incorporated in the year 1999. In accordance with their CSR policy, they have been supporting Akshaya Patra since April 2017 in the Mid – Day Meal Programme. The company endeavours to make sustainable difference through its various charitable and CSR activities.

Apotex Inc. was founded in 1974, and is the largest Canadian-owned pharmaceutical company. From 2 employees, 5,000 square foot beginning, the company has grown to employ over 6,500 people in research, development, manufacturing and distribution facilities world-wide. Although the company’s business is developing and manufacturing generic pharmaceuticals, the success of Apotex has enabled it to diversify into a number of health areas. Apotex chooses to support organizations that increase access to health and wellness, with focus on local hospitals, community centres and hubs that provide support to underserved neighborhoods. Apotex Inc, partnered with Akshaya Patra and has reached out to 635 government school children with Happiness Kits, along with aiding the procurement of distribution vessels.

Airport Authority of India (AAI), a statutory body working under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India is responsible for creating, upgrading, maintaining and managing the civil aviation infrastructure. It provides Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) services over Indian airspace and adjoining oceanic areas. AAI currently manages 137 Airports, including 23 International Airports, 10 Customs Airports, 81 Domestic Airports and 23 Civil Enclaves at Defence Airfields. Airport Authority of India supports Akshaya Patra in construction of three Centralized Mid-Day Meal Kitchens (currently under construction) in Mangalgiri, Guwahati, and Hazaribagh along with sponsoring kitchen equipment, vessels and food delivery vehicles.

Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) was incorporated in Bahrain in March 1971 with the committed objective of providing a range of efficient and personalized banking facilities. BBK’s first overseas branch was established in Kuwait in 1978. A few years later, branches were set up in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Aluva, and New Delhi. BBK is one of the largest commercial banks in Bahrain with 16 local branches, five full-fledged overseas branches, and a Representative Office in Dubai. It provides ECBs to large corporates in India for eligible purposes. Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait has sponsored the mid-day meals for over 2,000 students studying in Government and Government-aided schools of Rourkela.

Awfis is focused on redefining how work gets done in the current business environment, by providing an ecosystem of inspiring workspaces for innovative freelancers, entrepreneurs and corporates to suit their changing business requirements. Awfis has partnered with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to support mid-day meal beneficiaries by providing 750 Happiness Kits in the financial year 2019-2020.

AUMA has been developing and building electric actuators and valve gearboxes for over 50 years. It is one of the leading manufacturers in the industry. It provides technologically sophisticated products to energy sector, water industry, petro-chemical industry and users from the most diverse industries worldwide. Auma India has been partnering with The Akshaya Patra Foundation from the year 2008 where it sponsored 14 food distribution vans and mid-day meals to about 500 children.
