- Job Description:
- Responsible for creating & maintaining the database of potential donors.
- Raise CSR funding from large corporate & SME, International foundations and multilateral aid agencies.
- Achieve annual Individual target of new grants each year
- Represent organization at forums, events etc
- Plan & Execute Employee Giving Programs, Cause Related Marketing Campaigns
- Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 1 year of CSR (including cold-calling, seeking appointments and doing meetings, proposal writing, finalizing contracts)
- Fluent verbal and written communications in English with excellent Power Point & Excel Skills
- Great people skills to create new and maintain existing relationships
- Must have a passion to work in the development sector with a flair for extensive networking
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Management or Marketing will be preferred

- F2F – (Street Funding) Raising donation through the direct marketing, like street funding, High Foot fall locations like Malls, weekly Haats.
- Corporate Funding : Donation from Medium & Small industries (MSEM)
- Corporate activities : Donation through Corporate activities like, Payroll giving activities
- Segmented Donation : Profession segmentation, Like Doctors, Lawyers, Automobiles etc;
- Community building activities : Like Residential community, Common professional Community etc
- You should be able to generate ideas for sales promotions & events that are in line with the organizations objectives.
- Must Have:
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in fund raising and donor relationship a plus Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Job Description:
- Conceptualise and anchor research on the impact areas, relevant to work of Akshaya Patra.
- Lead engagement with 3rd party research, impact assessment agencies, research institutions to drive on-field research
- Formulate scope and nature of different studies to be carried to substantiate the work and outcome of Akshaya Patra
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the field work and data management during the implementation phase, and the quality of the analysis and ease of understanding during the report writing phase
- Communicate results of research projects to internal and external constituents through a variety of avenues (research reports, convening, trainings, conference presentations, web resources, etc.)
- Serve as the coordinator for local participation in state wide or national initiatives (Health & Economic Prosperity Reports, etc.)
- Ensure that the monitoring and evaluation capacities within local operations of Akshaya Patra are strengthened enabling them to increasingly engage in and lead monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Promote the awareness and understanding of the shared responsibility of M&E function among all staff members through communication, training, learning and development activities organization-wide.
- Education – Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Social Work
- Must Have:
- 3+ Years of experience in social sector
- Demonstrated expertise in operations research, impact evaluation, and monitoring and evaluation of nutrition and other public health programs
- Prior experience of working with field research agencies
- Effective Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication & analytical skills
- Stakeholder engagement skills
